Frequently Asked Questions
Do you ship outside the United States?
No. We ship to the continental United States only – we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, or internationally.
Do you charge an up-front core deposit?
No. Full details are on our Core Policy page – please read it before ordering.
I paid $0 for my core, so why am I being charged now?
The $0.00 shown at checkout isn't a discount – it means your core hasn't been tested yet. Once we receive and inspect your returned core (which can take up to 30 days), you'll either be charged nothing further, or billed for any applicable deduction with an itemized explanation. See our Core Policy for the full process.
How long does it take to test my returned core?
Up to 30 days from when we receive it. We know that's a wait – we'll only charge you afterward if your core doesn't meet the conditions in our Core Policy.
What's included with my remanufactured engine?
See our What's Included page for the full parts list of what's included and what isn't.
What do I need to send in with my core?
It depends on your engine's fuel type – see Sending Your Core for the full diesel vs. gas/LP breakdown. Sending the wrong (or incomplete) items is the #1 cause of delayed orders.
My engine says "R&R Only" – what does that mean?
R&R means "rebuild and return" – we need your original engine sent to us before we can build your replacement. See Sending Your Core for what to include.
Why was my warranty claim denied because of a heat tab?
Every engine we ship has two heat tab indicators that melt at 250°F if the engine overheats. If either tab is melted, missing, or shows signs of tampering, it voids the warranty – this is how we verify the engine wasn't run hot after leaving our facility. See our Warranty page for full details.
Can I get a quote before I place an order?
Yes – fill out the Engine Request Form on our Engines page with your equipment make, model, and serial number, and we'll follow up with pricing and availability.
What if I don't see my forklift model or engine listed?
Use the same Engine Request Form – tell us what you're looking for and we'll follow up directly.
